Costs and Billing
When is payment due for services?
Payment, including co-pay, is required at the time of your visit.
Do you charge no-show or late cancellation fees?
Although there are no fees for missed appointments or late cancellations, patients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled time will be asked to reschedule their visit. Patients who repeatedly miss scheduled clinic visits may receive a caution letter or may be subject to dismissal from the practice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform the office as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance.

Newborns and Insurance

Add your newborn to your insurance plan promptly after birth to prevent coverage gaps. Some plans require this within 30 days.
Can I bring my newborn in before they are officially added to my insurance?
Newborns may be seen in our clinic prior to their addition to your insurance plan following discharge from the hospital. Kindly inform us if you are in the process of enrolling your infant. Please remember to bring the discharge paperwork to your appointment.
